Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems

This robot vacuum mop is a great alternative for those who live in flats, because it takes the trash away in its own bin and uses an incredibly small docking station. The application lets you set different modes and monitor cleaning. The mopping function is also impressive.

Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and mopping capabilities are impressive. It picks up pet hair, spills, and dirt. It also self-empties, self-cleans and refills its tank.

Roomba iRobot Combination

The iRobot Combo is an iRobot that can mop and vacuum. The iRobotCombo can't replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient at cleaning, and comes with a mobile app that is simpler to use but it's an excellent alternative. It was able to consistently remove dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance isn't as advanced as other systems, such as LiDAR and structured light, but it manages to prevent most collisions.

The Combo includes many of the same features that the j7 Plus includes, such as an the onboard acoustic sensor for determining the floor's type and AI-powered Navigation, however it lacks the ability set suction power manually. It's also a bit smaller than the version that uses vacuum and doesn't include a self-emptying dock.

The Combo is one of my favorite options for most homes. Its elegant design is also among the most attractive I've seen in the market. The matte black finish is more elegant than the glossy or metallic finishes of the majority of competitors. iRobot also adds some elegant touches, like the leather tab to open the bin on board and a shelf that can hold bags in the dock. The iRobot Combo also allows you to easily create maps of your home, and to set up Keep-Out Zones and No-Mop Zones and Clean Zones.

Roborock

While Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop industry, it's already made its name thanks to a suite of innovative cleaning techniques. The brand's vacuums feature industry-leading suction, while its mopping systems utilize vibrating mops that scrub floors clean. Plus, a wide range of scheduling and mapping options let you fine-tune the cleaning schedule of the bot to your home's specific needs.

Another impressive Roborock feature is obstacle avoidance, which lets the robot detect objects that are smaller than its height. This is especially helpful for the most well-known Roborock models, like the Qrevo Master, which is top of the line in terms of navigation because of vSLAM and LiDAR. Other Robovacs are often seen to crash into furniture and slam into pet faeces, without even noticing but the Qrevo Master solves this problem with Reactive AI, which uses twin cameras to perceive objects in the room.

Roborock robots also have a number of convenience features that make it easier to manage day-to-day maintenance. These include docks that can automatically empty themselves and multi-functional mop washing stations. These features make it unnecessary to empty bins and wash mops manually, allowing to enjoy a hands-free ownership experience. The app is simple to use thanks to its easy-to-use design and the lag-free connection to the robot.

Hobot Legee D8

Hobot Legee, with its extensive variety of integrated cleaning features and advanced mopping features, is one of the best robot vacuums/mops available for both dry and wet floors. Its advanced navigation system blends five different technologies to design and create a route that is the most efficient. It also recognizes different flooring materials and identify obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can even raise itself 7mm to glide across carpets. The intelligent spray system uses the appropriate amount of water to remove stains without leaving unsightly water marks.

Highly recommended Site  is a Gen 4 robot that competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 and Ecovacs Deebot T20, both of which are priced higher. It is more feature-rich than either with a more flexible, D-shaped body that is able to clean the corners and under cabinets better than a round-shaped robot. Its sensors include 360deg 3D (Lidar, Encoder, Gyro E-compass, and Encoder), four forward-facing and one right-side-facing FDS (IR ToF sensors for distance) and two cliff detectors front and back (most robots have only one pair). It also has Legee SLAM, which minimizes the bump and grind issues that cause problems for Gen 4 Robots.

Contrary to other robots unlike other robots, the Legee features a built-in trash compactor and supports the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop cleaning station washes, refills, and dries the mop's  cloth. It can be used up to six-times longer than other mops. It also reduces waste and frequency of emptying the bin.

Karcher RCV 5

Popular for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for quite a while, and this is the brand's most advanced model. It can create maps for your home using LiDAR, and can be programmed to vacuum or mop. It can also distinguish between carpets and hard floors, so you don't get puddles on your precious pile.

Its navigation is top-quality, avoiding carpets and furniture with ease and even lifting itself up over steps. The robot can be customised with a variety of settings that include cleaning schedules and which rooms it must clean. It also has a handy 'emergency' button that will make the robot return to the base in the event that it is unable to supply power, and it can be programmed to automatically turn off when the weather is forecast to be stormy.

The RCV 5 is easy to use and, while large at almost 4kg, it's hardly difficult to maneuver around furniture. Safety features like sensors that warn it to stay clear of stairs will be appreciated by those with small children. Once charged it takes just about a couple of hours to charge and the two buttons on the top will flash in green to indicate that it is ready for use.

Mova E30 Ultra

The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that combines advanced cleaning technology with affordability. It's a rival to models like the Dreame L10 Ultra or Roborock's most popular Q Revo. The Mova E30 Ultra is a lower-cost model, however it has features not found in other models. It utilizes sensors to adjust its settings for different floors and surfaces, and also to detect areas that are more prone to dirt and ensure they get enough attention. It also has the ability to move at a slower speed to avoid damaging furniture or walls.

The device can help you map your home's interior that you can view through the app. You can also mark specific areas and objects that you want the vacuum to stay clear from. The device will slow down when it sees an obstacle and stop from crashing into it. The device also comes with a smart dust bin that alerts you to the fullness of the bin to ensure that you empty the bin in time.

The Mova E30 Ultra offers a affordable option for those looking to delegate their cleaning chores. It doubles as a robot vacuum and mop which allows you to keep your floors clean without lifting a finger. It has a clever design which increases the cleaning of corners by as much as 60%. It has a suction power of up to 7,000 Pa and RoboSwing arm, and is controlled by the app or voice assistants such as Alexa or Siri.

Beko RCV3

The Beko Robotic Vacuum/Mop RCV3 is an elegant, feature-packed vacuum/mop. It does an outstanding job of keeping floors neat and tidy. While it's not able to raise its mops on carpets and rugs like the award-winning Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra it's very good at both cleaning hard floors and taking on mopping with a stunning speed. It comes with a self-emptying bin, a superior level of suction, a range of mopping options, and a top-quality app that works both on iOS and Android.

It's a little smaller than the other models and its main brush is shorter but it was able to do to do a good job in our test room. The rotating brush on the side that is used for edges is a nice touch and, while it couldn't lift dirt from our rugs as well as some of the competitors, it did a very decent job overall.

Individual cleaning parameters can be set up for each room, and the robot will create detailed maps of rooms by using LiDAR's built-in navigation. The app is easy to use and comes with a variety of voice output options that will keep you informed of the status of your robot. Regular software updates help improve and enhance the capabilities. The app can be used to remotely manage the RCV3 even when you are not at home.
